Hmmm.... I've waited too long to do this.. AND KIVULI NEEDS LOVES!! 
Kivuli doesn't really have a "caretaker" but the closest adults to show interest in him would be Borealis and Timber (poor little Kiv)
Borealis, despite his irresponsible nature, actually has a good influence on Kivuli, being an insecure cub ;D The little cub really looks up to his big bro, even if Borealis doesn't quite see it the same way, and can be found following Bo around the empire. He even has a tendency to seek out Bo during his "secret nap time" and snuggle down with him xD
